Our Vision

Life Affirmation’s vision is to reach our community with not only the spiritual but practical side of Christ’s message. Life Affirmation is involved in local outreach and education, and provides ministry opportunities.

How
The sanctity of God’s gift of life is an important issue throughout our lives from conception to death. We honor and value those with disabilities and learn how to respect and support those who are close to finishing life’s race.

Life Affirmation encourages supporting and volunteering at the Life Choices Medical Clinics of King County and the Pregnancy Resource Center in Everett who reach out to women and families with the message of life.

Life Affirmation is dedicated to providing education opportunities for Northlake families and the surrounding community. We shake our heads and say “What can one person do?” Hearts can be turned back to God by teaching truth and empowering families with information to make Godly decisions for their lives.

Life Affirmation provides the opportunity for restoration and healing through the ministry of Healing Hearts.

Reaching out with Christ’s hand of support, love and encouragement to our community. Providing assistance to families with holiday support at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Givers, receivers and volunteers are truly blessed.

Healing Hearts Bible Study

Binding Up The Broken Hearted Bible study is for women suffering from post-abortion trauma. The Hem of His Garment Bible study is for women who want to experience freedom from their past. Bible studies are available through the year either by joining a class or one-on-one online. The Wounded Warrior Bible study is for men who have had abortion touch their lives and is available online. Life Choice Medical Clinics of King County & Pregnancy Resource Center of Snohomish County

Encouraging financial support and volunteering at the clinics to reach women and families with the message of life. The clinics are local missions sharing Christ with families in crisis. Clinics provide FREE pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, counseling and support.

National Sanctity of Human Life Sunday

The third Sunday in January Northlake joins thousands of churches to observe Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. Human life is created by God in His image. It is of immeasurable worth and significance in all its stages, including the preborn, the aged, the mentally disabled, those deemed unattractive, the physically challenged, and every other condition in which humanness is expressed from the single cell stage of development to natural death.

May is Baby Layette Month

Each May the Northlake congregation provides Life Choices Clinic of North King County and Pregnancy Resource Center of Snohomish County with layette items for new mothers.
