What is Helping Hands?

Provides aid and assistance in time of need through the generous giving of Northlake attendees for:

• Housing & Utilities
• Food gift cards
• Emergency medical costs

Offers financial counseling to those requesting support.

Assists with meals for people needing support through illness, new baby, and more.

Provides Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas food and gifts for families in the church and community.

Provides basic needs packets for you to give to men and women on the street through the “Off-Ramp Outreach” ministry.

Invites the community to share a nutritious meal in a warm friendly setting on the second Thursday of each month at ‘Dinner at Our House.”

How Can You Get Involved?

Pick up a copy of the Helping Hands Volunteer Opportunities on the bulletin board. Fill it out showing where you have interests in helping: Aid and Assistance, ‘Dinner at Our House’ community meal, Meals Support, Holiday Support or Off-Ramp Outreach. Turn it into the church office, or put it in the offering plate. You will be contacted by a Helping Hands ministry leader to answer questions and confirm your area of interest in serving others. You choose how involved you want to be.
