Women’s Ministry Vision
 We believe that God’s vision for the women of Northlake is to be a warm, open group of women who are passionate about growing closer to Jesus and to one another. We desire to be intentional about breaking down the walls that segregate us – age, occupation, family status – and instead, focus on what unites us: our love for the Lord. We believe that each generation has valuable insight to share: the older women have wisdom of life lessons learned, and the younger women have a fresh faith that brings a renewed perspective to our body. We need both!
Bible study forms the foundation of our ministry. The Tuesday evening study "Becoming a Woman of Excellence," and the Thursday morning study, LifeLearning, both offer times where women of all ages can gather to learn of God's faithfulness in real life situations. These studies are comprised of small groups of safe, growing relationships that can provide women with acceptance, support and love.
We look forward to continuing to provide opportunities for women to grow closer to God and to one another through our annual retreats and period “Girlz Nights Out.”
